White makes you appreciate the absence of things or the minimal details. Most of us were taught to think that it symbolizes defeat or innocence which are perceived as signs of weakness. But it is actually very solid and strong as it is an equal combination of ALL the colors of the visible light spectrum. It is also one of my current obsessions as of the moment. I must say that turning twenty four isn't so bad after all. I might have aged but as cliché as it may sound, it really is just a number. What truly matters is how you perceive life, your current mindset, and if you can always appreciate everything that is to come ahead of you. I am thankful for all the wonderful blessings God has given me, whether it may be material things, new people I have met, skills and experiences, places that I have reached, pages to turn, peace of mind, or simply the content or the happy state I am in. The road so far has been wonderful and I could not ask for more. I can proudly say that I have matured and became the person I wanted to be, and I vow to continue learning and changing for the better. I'm embracing the age and the wisdom that comes with it but it doesn't mean that I will not forget how to enjoy and be like a kid once in a while! Cheers everyone and thank you to those who truly remembered! I will not be in this place right now if it weren't for those who helped to mold me to become the person that I am. You guys know who you are!

I got this lipstick last year from Avon along with another variant. It will be my first time to use their lippie so I'm excited to share what I have discovered. True to its name, the Avon Totally Kissable in Fuchsia Flirt will make you look girly and flirtatious. It has pink glitters to match its shade to make your lips dazzling but the pigmentation is not that strong. I had to reapply it more than twice to really get the color. But it's a good product to use on casual days or when you have a sweet date.

As a social media manager for a year now, I realized that I was not applying my ways to my blog and it made me wonder why. It started when I was pondering on how I can keep up and maintain it. Are my reserved posts enough? Can I post every single day and on the dot? It has always been a problem and it's time to address it. I will try as much to schedule everything if I can and if I have a free time. But my next step is to put themes everyday. It will help push me to write more, to be more creative, and to be less cluttered. See them below:

Here is my mantra for the year. I already have my game face on last year but there were still hesitations. But this 2015, I will try to battle my fears more. It's been a while since I shared my goals so I thought why not show them to my readers again.

1. More 'Me' time.

I haven't really focused on myself so I think I should this year especially because I'm not getting any younger. I should better myself not only physically but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

2. Don't stop reading.

2014 was a disappointing year for my reading escapades. It was without a doubt below average and my worst reading year. I vowed to open more books, savor their stories and explore new worlds.

3. Travel.

I want to see more places, bask in different cultures and traditions, and just embrace the pleasure of wandering.

4. Save more and spend wisely.

Since I finally have an investment, I think it is best to really think before I buy. Stop being impulsive. Maybe I could spend once in a while because there's nothing wrong in rewarding myself but I still should make sure to save a bigger lot of it.

5. Be business-minded.
I've always wanted to have my own shop or to do something where I can earn money, aside from working. It should be related to the things I love so I can enjoy striving in it while getting profit.

6. Being fit is key.

I definitely gained weight a lot last 2014 more than all my 22 years combined. For me, I am enjoying my gastronomic adventures but a friend once told me that I should enjoy my youth. I've been feeling bad lately and my confidence are bit by bit depleting so this is really one of my main goals this year.

7. Back to Basics.

Another goal of mine, wardrobe wise, is to complete the basic pieces a woman needs in her life that will last and survive all the ever-changing trends.

8. Blogging.

To be honest, it's really hard to maintain a blog especially if it's not your profession and if you're juggling everyday life. I always fail to revive and maintain it. But I should try and keep trying. The target is to not post every single day but at least to update it once in a while--once or twice a week.

9. Acquire new skills & get new achievements.

This will remain constant in my resolutions. It feels good to do something that you've never done before and it can also be your bragging rights, you know! It makes you better and it can mold you to the person you want to become.

10. Believe and love yourself.

Don't put yourself down because 'YOU' can be your worst enemy. Try giving yourself compliments. See more of your beauty and the good in you rather than pin-pointing your flaws.
