C's Italian Dining: Home of the Best Panizza in the North
Monday, October 19, 2015
After Abe's Farm, we made our way to C's Italian Dining for dinner. My friend, Nike of The ElectroMagnetChick introduced us to this restaurant which every pizza lovers should visit. She told us that before Dear Darla came out, C's already have their panizza recipe to take pride on.

Before visiting C's make sure to dress appropriately since it sort of has a fine dining ambiance that being too casual is a no-no.

Our meal started off with some complimentary bread served with an olive oil, pesto, and cheese dip. It was simple yet addicting.

Of course, we didn't miss the chance of trying out their signature panizzas which range from P650-760 and good for 2-4 persons.
We ordered two panizzas but what we got on our side is the Rolls Royce Panizza (P760). It has Salami, shrimp, US scallop flakes, and sundried tomatoes. There were 8 strips on each plate. You just have to add the arugula and the alfalfa sprouts and roll it in the strip. I love shrimps, but I hate eating it with pizza or pasta. But for some reason, its flavor was not that strong on the panizza and I actually enjoyed it.

Minestrone (P170)

Spaghetti Carbonara (P300)

Aside from the panizza, I also ordered the Spaghetti with Meatballs (P270). it was really yummy and heavy that I feel bloated afterward. But it just means that every penny I paid for it was worth it. The meatballs and sauce were very rich and tasty.
Overall, the menu was really good and delicious. Meals were good for sharing so make sure to bring your barkada or family with you! :)
Love lots, xx
