I feel extra upbeat today despite the fact that I am not feeling well so I decided to wear something girly.

| What I wore: lace top thrifted • bloomers from Bangkok • black booties and tights Forever 21 • bag and watch from Japan |
I paired this half lace top with bloomers and tights. When these pieces are combined, you will achieve a seductive but still very prim and proper. I also love how the lace and bloomers give a very classy, romantic and vintage vibe.

Here is a closer look of the lace top:

This look can be worn at day and night. In the morning, you can wear it with flats, which I did at work, and at night by wearing booties and a leather jacket.

I also used this cute little bag my mom got in Japan when she was still young. I just removed its strap for my look.

Anyway, though I feel a little down due to a major headache, this look gave me an extra boost!
Hope everyone had a great day!
One day, as I was browsing Facebook, I noticed that a lot of these cartoon-y/avatar type photos of stylish girls were on my dash. I was actually curious what is it about but I always ignore the feeling. Then there came a time that I gave in to my curiosity and clicked the link to the application.
I learned that Coco Girl is a actually a game wherein you style the daily looks of your avatar with fancy clothes. You also choose the appropriate outfits for the given quests. You accumulate gems and cash for each outfit you made every single day. You can also compete for the top looks with the rest of users around the world who play this game.
Bottomline: It's like Chictopia or Lookbook in the avatar world.
Others might get tired of playing it everyday but in my case, I don't. This is my outlet for the frustrated stylist i me. Haha. Though this also comes in handy because it may serve as an outfit inspiration for the day.
As much as I want to post every single outfit I made here, I will just trim it down to my popular looks. I guess I will just post all of them in my tumblog: Arra Abella.
Here you go:

Hunger Games is a book trilogy that everyone was hooked ever since its first release. It was famous because of its dystopian theme and the thrill the story gave to each readers.
Despite the negative theme, another aspect that brings color to the story is about fashion. From couture chic to dirty and ragged look which varies from each districts. The part wherein fashion was also a main part was the presentation of the tributes which I am excited to see in the upcoming movie.
This not only attracted the readers but also fashion companies which resulted to collaborations, such as this. I am talking about the Hunger Games x China Glaze.

Have a great day!

Yes, I am proud to be a Lasallian and I am honored to be a part of this community. This is the inspiration for my look today. I spent 3 years studying International Studies major in Japanese Studies and I did enjoy my stay there. If I was asked to choose where I would want to study again, given the chance, I will always choose to be Green. Cheesy!! Haha. Off to the outfit.

| What I wore: printed sweater Forever 21 • gray leggings from Bangkok • lime green heels Primadonna • turquoise blue watch Swatch New Gent Edition |
I borrowed this printed sweater from my older sister and pair it with gray leggings I bought from Bangkok. I love wearing loose tops because I feel more comfortable in it and I love the fact that I can make the sweater off-shoulder. It makes the look sexier, don't you think?

I wore this lime green, Primadonna heels to compliment the color of the top which sometimes looks bluish or greenish depending on the lighting.
DETAILS:

The outfit is perfect for a very laid back and cozy day.

Have a great day!
