What I wore: dress bought in Bangkok • shoes Primadonna
Finally, I'm done with my Back to School series and this is the last outfit I came up with. Based on the Polyvore set I made, I wanted to create a look that is something light, fresh and just girly since it was for our favorite day: FRIDAY. We usually feel the freedom we wanted from school on Friday. It's the day we break free from school and prepare for the weekends.

With the reasons aforementioned, I chose colors that are serene and relaxing. They also please the eyes without being too loud.

I already showed the first way on how to wear this harness (as seen here). So here's another one. Wear the shorter chain like a necklace then lock the longer ones on the back, encircling you.

Also, this dress made wearing print on print easier without putting two pieces together. Polka dots and floral are lovely together, don't you think?

I will always be fascinated by fall fashion despite the climate in our country that is hindering me to wear the thick coats, even those with fur, tights all day long, etc. But in order to give myself the satisfaction, sometimes you just have to do it and go "tiis ganda" as we call it here. It means you just have to suck it all up (in my case the heat and the ruthless stares of people). This is the fourth look for my Back to School series.
The fall staples in my look were the boots and the chiffon skirt. But what I did was to a add summer flare on the outfit by using accessories in bright hues. It also complimented the print of my top.

Again, the clutch bag did justice to my look. It gave that extra oomph on my look because of how it stands out. It always gets the attention it deserves.
Remember my post about Fashuun Village and on how will I experiment on wearing it in different ways (see it here). I used it as a necklace but I made an illusion of wearing two pieces of chains when I am actually only wearing one.
As you can see on the polyvore set above, I included a denim jacket and glasses. I would always be a sucker for that combination so I plan to do a number on that in the future. Anyway since I'm still looking for the perfect denim piece, I make it up by using a hat. It added a dramatic effect on my outfit making me look like a Doña. HAHA.
I wore this after our overnight at Sofitel and had lunch at Sakura. After the sumptuous meal of yakiniku and sushi, we transferred to my aunt's bar which we opened for the family.
Not to sound arrogant but kudos to myself because I was able to dance Gangnam in these boots. I was actually really anxious of breaking its heels than getting myself an ankle injury. OC attack on taking care of my stuff. HAHA.
This look will be the proof that I will always love the pink and green combination. I've done it twice that week. ;)

So here's the third look for my Back to School series. For sure every girl out there is familiar with the famous Blair Waldorf. She became a fashion icon when the very hip and scandalous TV series Gossip Girl came out. Everyone wanted to be like her. Who wouldn't? She's intelligent, classy, beautiful and of course, stylish. She made some fashion pieces extra chic, from head bands to colorful tights. We watched her transformation from the Queen Bee in high school to a fashion maven now.
Hence, I chose to channel her in the Havaianas First Dibs event as seen here. I'm always fascinated by tutu skirts because it reminds me of ballerinas and princesses. Well, I think it is perfect to depict her style since Blair Waldorf nearly became a princess and she IS the Queen Bee. Since the skirt is already busy with its "frills," I wore this silky blouse to somehow tone it down and not look over-the-top. I did not wear socks and let the color of my shoes speak for itself. The green hue added life to a very neutral toned look.

This clutch is just the perfect match to my shoes and both are the perfect contrast for my look.
Instead of the usual head band with a big ribbon look of BW, again, I broke the rule by changing it and using a pretty clip. Not only has it a unique design and could look as a small hat from afar, but it also compliment my outfit.
When wearing really short tutu skirts, I advice you to wear lace shorts for a cuter effect or just use a plain one like I did. It also helps when your top really long that exceeds the length of your skirt. *hint hint*
Like Blair, I am also sugar and spice. I can be really sweet and nice and at the same time, as evil as her in scheming. With that, I coincidentally posed the different persona. (Refer to the 2 photos before this.)

Since I will be attending the event and I joined my sister in the last minute, I grabbed my newest flats which I think also complimented my look.
