We had our first dinner in Gomihattin near the house we will stay in for 15 days. They serve a combination of ramen, gyoza and chahan.

We were greeted by the smell of authentic Japanese food and the sight of shoes carefully placed near each stalls. My older sister already warned us to use shoes without lace so we could easily remove them whenever we will eat in a restaurant. The stalls had walls enough to keep the privacy of each customers.

I can't get enough of their gyoza. It's just so good because its flavors are so rich. We were able to finish three platters of this!

I understood why our uncle ordered a small cup of chahan and we could only have a spoon or two. Our ramen bowls were so large! Their serving for one could be shared by two persons.

The place was decorated by traditional doll pieces in different kimono designs and style. If only I could take a picture of each and every one of them, and also grab one. Hahaha. Kidding! I could definitely gobble up the gyozas they will serve the next time I have the chance to eat there again. The place is a must try!
