Yes for a new outfit post! I know it's been a while and my fashion posts were somehow drowned by my book blog tours or book reviews. Excuse the faces because like I said, I felt like it's my first time again to take photos of myself, showing mandatory poses to flaunt my outfits. This was taken during the second day of our trip. We were not able to take photos of on the first day due to the delayed flight. Anyhow, I've always wanted to try the grunge look but I never seem to get the chance to execute it perfectly since it is difficult to wear layered clothes in my country. I do not want to end up looking like a wet duck basking in my own sweat. But thank God for this trip! I still can't believe it! It's freezing and I don't care...I love it! Haha! I just had to do that! I'm actually wearing a sheer top under this thick jacket. I should get a point for braving this weather! ;)

Again, this is another schedule post and I will keep it short since for sure, I am still celebrating Christmas with my family. I was feeling festive since I attended my cousin's chorale competition. Since the cold breeze is starting to embrace the country, I opted to wear a sweater and leggings which is my go-to outfit or what I prefer to call comfort dressing. I just love the combination of black, white and gray. It is the best look to also channel the gloomy weather.

This was supposed to be my version of the Friday Fever of my Back to School series but since the color was blue, green and everything light and subtle, I separated this post. I wore this to church and Sun-date with the family. I made it look less scene-stealing by using a cardigan and flats.

Who would've thought that it can work as a hair clip? I wanted to have a red ribbon so bad but I have not found the perfect one yet so I think this shoe clip can be a substitute which I think did work.

This was the third way I'll wear this harness. I combined the shorter chain to the longer one on both sides. Then locked the two set altogether making the triangle stand vertically looking like a pendant. (see the other two ways here and here)

Here I am wearing my flats. I am not superwoman to wear heels the whole day. I will always trade it for comfort.

I wore this when I went out with my parents. We have so many errands to do and important stuff to buy so I had to wake up early despite the lack of sleep I've been having. I am starting to live like an owl which I don't really do. Anyhow, the whole day was fun and I just love assisting my parents whenever they want to buy something for themselves.

I have always wanted to try that trend wherein you will wear a long earring on the left ear and a stud earring on the right or vice versa. But I've never had the pieces that will help me execute such experiment until now. Can you see the theme? Birds of the same feather flock together, I guess.

Lace will always be my obsession whether the trend may fade or still be one of the must-have pieces of today. Since orange is also a hue I can't keep my eyes off to, I guess this top is really a great find for me. Win-win on both obsession. It somehow tames the top because of the romantic touch of the lace.

Finally, I'm done with my Back to School series and this is the last outfit I came up with. Based on the Polyvore set I made, I wanted to create a look that is something light, fresh and just girly since it was for our favorite day: FRIDAY. We usually feel the freedom we wanted from school on Friday. It's the day we break free from school and prepare for the weekends.

With the reasons aforementioned, I chose colors that are serene and relaxing. They also please the eyes without being too loud.
