While I was browsing my files, I saw folders of images that I haven't seen or touched for a year. One of these was when I covered an Avon event for their new fragrance then called Avon Cherish. It was a beautiful event. From the venue to the setup, to the food, and guests, it's perfect. Uncovering this made me somehow miss doing it.

I miss the thrill of getting into events. I usually turn to my introvert self whenever I'm around a flock of strangers but I remember always being challenged by this task. I had to take gorgeous photos using my trusty phone, get videos of candid and behind the scenes moments, capture every smile and relevant people. It was a training ground for someone who had no proper training with photography like me.

But now, I mostly do writing and just witness it from a viewer, a fan, or an audience's point of view. It made me realized how thankful I was to experience covering events in general. It helped me more in boosting my confidence, honing my skills, and just to face my fears. I surely did cherish every single event and moment I had. I'm glad to have passed the crown to our junior colleagues and to see them flourish like I once did.
