What I'm wearing: coat borrowed from my aunt • dress Shabby Apple

The glare in her look
The ice in her stare
you innocent children
Had better beware
She's like a spider waiting
For the kill

Channeling my inner villain with this very serious and darker look. Like my father, I've always been fascinated with antagonists. From their overly dramatic costumes to their signature punch lines or look, they are all scene stealers in their own way.

There is something about the fierce look in their eyes, their evil laughter and undying motivation to defeat the protagonist that really caught my attention. Well, a show or a movie wouldn't be that fun if the villains wouldn't spice things up. What makes them more interesting are their back stories. There is always a reason for their angst and vengeful ways.

As an heiress in the original story and owner of a fashion line in the live action version of 101 Dalmatians, Cruella de Vil is known for her haute couture choices. With my oversized coat, dress, and tights, I think it is only right to give her this tribute. Maybe next time I would do the exact number but for now, I think an outfit inspired by her character would suffice.

I think I've had this dress for two years now and I haven't worn it until this day. I was waiting for the perfect time and place. Finding out about our trip to Japan, I knew that I had to bring it with me.

This lace frock is kind of loose and longer on me which reminded me of how Japanese people, especially women, dress up. It's either they keep it short or they keep it baggy.

That's it for now! Hope to finish all my posts for this trip soon! Have a great day everyone!
